ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Experienced Software Developer/Architect (Microsoft dynamics 365) for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, the Power Platform, and to support integration with our internal and external systems. In this impactful position, you will help lead requirements, analysis, documentation, mapping system integrations, and building inter-environment deployments.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE - Help identify client business processes in need of development work, and document proposed solutions.
- Review and create CRM customizations including C# plugins, Javascript/HTML, PowerApps solutions, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces (web resources), data integrations/migrations.
- Collaborate with various departments, external consultants and IT partners to execute the implementation of new features and functions.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 errors and performance related issues.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft's product offerings and enhancements.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAMRequired:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University
- 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 application design, build, sandbox, development and deployment
- 4+ years C# and Javascript experience
- 2+ years' experience working with a larger CRM implementation (500+ users)
Preferred- Experience with the Dynamics 365 technology stack, including C#, Plugins, Web Resources, Canvas/Model Apps, Cloud Flows, and Azure Functions/App Insights.
- Familiarity of Dynamics 365 DevOps strategies and deployment methodologies.
- Experience working in a regulated medical device company.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; possesses strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
