Additionally, the Sales Operations Analyst performs routine diagnostic analysis in order to identify opportunities for improvement with existing sales processes and practicesPerform sales team KPI calculations on team and person levelsPerform productivity analytics throughout the annual performance cyclePrepare reports on Sales metrics that inform management for decisions on team performanceAssist Sales organization with making informed data-driven decisions to effectively lead the teamPerform data analysis and derive insights that support key strategy and decisions e.g. segmentation, resource deploymentReview existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the development of reporting tools and templates aimed at improving sales and customer care management decision-makingYOU HAVE:Ideally 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role supporting salesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Economics, Science (Maths, Statistics)Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or similarProficient in data analytics/programming tools like SQL or similarStrong verbal and written communication skillsIdeally should have experience working for a manufacturer or distributorWE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every dayAt nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
