The
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

Responsibilities• Assist in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitors guest's response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.
Qualifications• Must currently hold COTA license.
• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
