Job DescriptionHill International is seeking a Contract Administrator in Valencia, CaliforniaResponsibilities - Responsible for ensuring that open Contract Management action items receive timely attention, processing, and responses (as needed).
- Highlights outstanding action items identified in issued correspondence for contractors' attention and response/action.
- Updates letter log for issued correspondence.
- Obtains updates from CM team disciplines to enable addressing open contract management actions.
- Uses established templates to draft simplified and routine letters for review.
- Manages the internal circulation of drafted correspondence.
- Coordinates actions with change management.
- Ensures files for executed changes are completed and compliant with Metro policies and procedures.
- Analyzes data to summarize relevant action item and updates.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or applicable discipline preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of past experience supporting contract administration professionals.
- Working knowledge of federal and state construction contract administration policies and procedures
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
