Identify and categorize key themes, topics, and sentiment expressed in customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and client success managers, to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain text analytics models and algorithms to continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of the analysis process. Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and models to extract insights from unstructured text data, such as customer feedback surveys, reviews, and social media comments. Familiarity with frameworks for text analysis, sentiment analysis, and classification. Communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders and clients through reports, presentations, and dashboards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in text analytics and customer experience management. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree or experience in a relevant field such as German, linguistics, computer science, data science, or a related discipline. Proficient in German in addition to English. High-proficiency in both English and German language and comprehension is required. Proven experience in text analysis, natural language processing (NLP), or computational linguistics is a plus. Proficiency in Google suite products, Excel and similar software/database tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner. Strong language and editing skills. Experience working in a customer experience or market research environment is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
