These responsibilities include some of the following:Partner with local business reporting agency teams who maintain market-level data warehouse to ensure data quality & accuracy to support analytics. Computer proficiency to design reports and visualizations to communicate opportunities/issues for corrective action to stakeholders.Assist in generating insights and interpret analytic / model output - Ensure quality and accuracy of Models - Provide insightful advice in terms of Marketing Mix Analysis and brand strategies on how to beat the competition.Work in a team environment as well as self-sufficiently.Assist Category Analytics Leads, address key strategic questions and align insights with business objectives. Enable brand, category, & competitor situation assessment for key brands as part of monthly reporting for a portfolio of brands in the Sexual Health Category.Assist in providing a consolidated reporting of consumption / shipment for the Haleon U.S business. Maintain analytics models & tools used in Brand / Category Forecasting during our monthly and annual financial cycles.*The position is located in Warren NJ and follows hybrid model requiring a 2-3 day in office presence. Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, math, economics/econometrics or other quantitative decision sciencesExcellent interpersonal & communication skills with strong customer focus and the capability to influence at different levels in the organizationProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience in project managementAbility to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering on-time and quality results.Experience (Professional / Academic) in identifying trends, correlations and patterns in large data sets to provide actionable insights.Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:MBAExperience (Professional / Academic) in quantitative marketing research (Marketing Mix, Pricing Promotion) and/or statistical techniques (Regression, Time Series)Experience with R / Python or other statistics packagesHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
