The GTM Data Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in establishing a sound data foundation across our system infrastructure making sure our data maintains the highest quality and that we are capturing relevant attributes and automating data elements throughout the go to market (GTM) stack to enable critical data driven decisions to be made with confidence. RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain our Salesforce data foundation with an emphasis on quality account, opportunity, lead and contact managementPerform ad-hoc data updates to improve the quality and accuracy of dataIdentify process improvements to collect and automate the flow of data elements throughout the selling process while searching for ways to automate input and collection of data elements without the need for human interactionPeriodically review critical Salesforce objects to reduce noise and enhance user experiencePartner with Sales and Marketing Operations to perform data clean ups including but not limited to, opportunity management, lead and contact enrichment, account firmographic enhancements, lead routing, campaign infrastructure and morePartner with the Salesforce Architect to improve existing processes and be the first in line to test system enhancements with a data first approach to the solution (are we capturing what we need with minimal manual effort)Establish procedures for data management (opportunity lifecycle, Deal Registration timelines, SLAs, notifications, etc.)Analyze and optimize territories in partnership with sales leaders while continuing to drive focus towards our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Continually enhance enrichment and routing efforts to insure no lead is left behind Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:2-5 years of GTM operations experience in a high growth, preferably SaaS driven environmentSelf starter that takes initiative to solve problems in unique and effective waysPassionate about enabling a high quality data environmentExperience working with Salesforce or an enterprise grade CRM systemProficient in MS Excel, Google Suite and other collaboration toolsPreferable experience with GTM tools such as Apollo, HGInsights, Marketo and Salesforce IntegrationsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively while also leading with dataCOMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary.
