The work we do here matters.Department OverviewThe Marketing and Inside Sales Operations/Strategy department assists the marketing and inside sales management teams with strategic initiatives, data analysis, upper level management presentations, and ad hoc operational requests.Job DescriptionThe Marketing and Inside Sales Data Analyst position reports to the VS&A Marketing and Inside Sales Operations/Strategy Manager and will support the various data analysis and reporting needs that arise.In addition to supporting the VS&A Marketing and Inside Sales Operations/Strategy Manager, this role will support the digital/growth marketing team with campaign optimization.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform ad hoc analysis and data modeling to support strategic initiativesAssist in integration activities of new acquisitions as neededAssist Finance in analyzing financial and operation results to understand business performanceAnalyze promotion results and use the data to develop strategies to make them more successfulAnalyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight/develop strategy and present to decision-makersProduce datasets and reports for analysis in order to drive optimizationUse customer data to develop targeted call lists for our Sales Development team within Inside SalesBring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience supporting sales and/or marketingExcel/Google Sheets masterFinancial analysis and financial modeling experience2+ years of working within Salesforce2+ years of experience working within a data visualization tool (Tableau, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Dashboards)2+ years of SQL experienceExperience collaborating with cross-functional teamsDetail oriented and well-organizedExcellent communications skills#LI-MM1Basic RequirementsBachelor's Degree1+ years of financial analysis and/or financial modeling experienceTravel RequirementsUnder 10%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanYesOur U.S. Benefits include:Incentive Bonus PlansMedical, Dental, Vision benefits401K with Company Match10 Paid HolidaysGenerous Paid Time Off PackagesEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Parental & Family Leaveand more!EEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
