This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and data wrangling to data visualization and dashboarding, to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness. Our consultants focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.What You Will Need:1+ years of data science experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with Python or RExperience with SQL for data transformation and reportingExcellent written and oral communication to various audiences, including various levels of management and external clients, in a professional environmentExperience analyzing large and complex data sets, with strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysisFamiliarity with Agile processes and tools, such as Kanban and gitSecurity clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearanceWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Bachelor or Master's degree in in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or Data AnalyticsKnowledge of healthcare claims processing systems and coding systems such as ICD, CPT, and DRGExperience with EMR/EHR data and standards-based health terminology such as SNOMED, CDA, and FHIRExperience with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, simulation, machine learning, or artificial intelligenceExperience selecting and applying appropriate analytical techniquesExperience visually communicating data analysis visually, including bespoke analyses and BI Tools such as Power BI or Amazon QuickSightExperience collaborating and working in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independentlyExperience identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisorExperience with business development including RFP/RFQ responses, developing white papers/concept papers, and building and demonstrating prototype solutions to customers The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00.
