Responsibilities

Drive Kargo’s software sprint planning processes. Work closely with Kargo’s software team to ensure timeline and result line up with product requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet goals. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on status and risks.
Build out and execute robust testing process to meet quality requirement for each software change release.
Support software team, operations team, and customer success team in troubleshooting and bug fixes.

Experience

4+ years of experience working with software developers, product managers, data scientists and/or business analysts as a technical project/program manager at a technology company to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
Experience as a software engineer with strong technical understanding of software systems, a plus.
Experience in Agile software development with expertise in Scrum methodology and practices.
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
