Sales Operations Manager
Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Principal Sales Force Effectiveness and serve as a thought partner in shaping the operational vision of the Business teams and implementing sustainable processes to support long-term success. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in optimizing our global sales processes, driving revenue growth, and overseeing critical projects within our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies for revenue optimization.
Utilize your deep understanding of the AdTech market to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales strategy.
Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to measure performance metrics and KPIs.
Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes while driving adoption and compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
Manage and prioritize key projects related to sales operations, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
Support the sales team in lead generation and pipeline management.
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a point of contact for sales inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution.
Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights, supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Implement and monitor sales processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, with a strong focus on the ad-tech industry.
Proven project management experience, overseeing projects from start to finish.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing team members.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
In-depth knowledge of ad-tech industry trends, key players, and technologies is a plus.
