We support over 200 companies today, and process millions of hours of meeting data every year. We provide a simple API to a problem that typically takes our customers more than a year to build in house, and a team of 5 to maintain forever.
We’re at an inflection point in our growth. In a market where everyone is mining for gold, we’re selling shovels. We grew 1300% last year to over $XM ARR, and serve category leaders such as Calendly, Apollo.io, Grain, and more. Our NRR is 170%.
About the role
As our founding marketing lead, you will pioneer the marketing motion, shape our culture, and super charge our growth. You will play at the intersection of content marketing and growth marketing, driving awareness and generating inbound leads for the sales team. You’ll double down on what is currently working (content marketing) while experimenting with new growth levers.

Responsibilities
Own our existing channels
- The majority of our deals come inbound through our content marketing.
- You would content marketing by maintaining a steady stream of high quality technical content for our blog - some posts to be written by you and some by a team of freelancers managed by you.
- Create case studies with our customers and turn them into valuable social proof.
Validate new hypotheses
- We have several hypotheses we’d like to validate. You would execute on these independently to prove or disprove new channels.
Experiment to find new channels
- There are many things we haven’t tried yet. You would experiment with new channels such as:
- Linkedin and Twitter
- Paid acquisition
- Webinars
- In-person events
- Influencers
- And more.
Your KPI would be to drive X% of sign ups month-over-month.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in a growth or acquisition marketing role.
- Excellent technical written communication skills.
- Experience marketing to developers & the developer tooling space.
- SEO experience.
- Proven track record of past successes.
- Metrics-driven & an experimental mindset.
- Bonus points:
- Previous experience writing content for a developer audience.
- Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.
