The company’s mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye.OVERVIEW:As a Consignment Inventory and Data Specialist (CIDS), you will support daily operations to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of Patient Registration Cards (PRCs) and any other consignment-based revenue activity. This includes reviewing and processing all patient registration cards received by RxSight as well as processing usage through customer submittals. The candidate will also manage Return Material Authorization (CRA) requests within the ERP system, monitor open CRAs, and collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve product receipt issues. The candidate will work closely with Customer Experience Specialists, the warehouse department, and commercial customers to address inquiries and operational needs effectively.This role requires a professional demeanor, mutual respect for colleagues and customers, and a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative environment as a team player. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a positive customer experience.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while paying close attention to details. Overtime may be required during periods of high volume. Role should be prepared to work extended hours as needed to complete daily work.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent along with 1-3 years’ experience in a customer support environment, or a combination of education and experience.
