Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications in the HR Module, including custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test and implement solutions using ServiceNow's platform, including its various modules and features.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications – specifically the HR module
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its core components.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• NET and MVC programming, unit testing, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular
• Having worked in an agile methodology environment
• Good knowledge of robustness and security programming
• Great problem solving and debugging skills
• Passion for computer science and new technologies
• Able to work well with a team
Additional Requirements
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
