As we continue to innovate and lead in the telecommunications, IT, and cloud domains, we are seeking a Technology Consultant with a specialization in executive-level strategic communications. This role is designed for a creative and dynamic individual that possess a strategic mindset, with exceptional skills in artifacting, who can autonomously translate complex technical topics into simple, compelling visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute holistic communication strategies that resonate with cross-business unit stakeholders and executives
- Craft engaging presentations and visual content that succinctly communicate strategic insights and proposals for enterprise-wide technology transformation
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to structure and facilitate brainstorming sessions, aimed at driving the development of persuasive strategic materials.
- Lead and partake in agile work ceremonies, such as stand-ups and sprint planning, to ensure work efforts are made visible and flowing
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in the IT domain, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate our strategic communications approach.
- Utilize collaboration tools, such as Miro, Confluence, Slack, and PowerPoint, with high proficiency to manage day-to-day operations and project collaborations effectively.
Critical Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5years of work experience in strategic technology communications and analysis.
- Previous experience in management consulting is highly desirable.
- High technical acumen with the ability to quickly grasp and distill complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional capability (top 5% of peers) in synthesizing and structuring complex topics into clear, impactful written and visual artifacts tailored for executive audiences.
- Mastery in creating visual artifacts using Miro and constructing persuasive PowerPoint presentations with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Proficiency in developing financial models in Excel.
- A methodological approach to organizing work management systems, exhibiting an agile and lean mindset for project teams.
- Highly motivated and committed to work under tight timelines, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry, Software Development Practice, and Information Technology Management are valuable assets.
