The Analyst / Associate is an important member of project teams and works closely with Consultants and Managers to solve interesting client problems, and to create and implement solutions. In this role you will own and personally deliver components of the client engagement, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. Your professional development is important to us: as you demonstrate strong analytic and project management skills, your responsibilities will grow rapidly.

As an Analyst or Associate, you will:

Collect and analyze information from multiple data sources
Use Excel and statistical software packages to conduct quantitative analyses
Develop concise and meaningful insights and recommendations
Develop clear and compelling PowerPoint slides
Communicate findings from your analyses to internal team members and, over time, to clients
Work on multiple projects at the same time
Interact with and manage third-party vendors
Work on a team in a highly collegial and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

Undergraduates with 1 year of relevant work experience (exceptions to work experience may be made for exceptional candidates) or Master’s degree with a demonstrated interest in biopharma

Although many of our Analysts and Consultants have degrees in the life sciences, engineering, or business, we hire from a wide range of disciplines including psychology, sociology, economics, statistics, and other programs with an analytic focus, as long as there is a demonstrated desire to apply these skills to the healthcare industry.

Base salary is $65K-100K.
