We have partnered with a non-profit organization in the Amarillo, TX area to provide them with an Executive Director.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Executive Director:
#1. Master’s degree in human service.
#2. Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrator’s license within one year of employment.
#3. Minimum 10 years in upper-level management within a related field, with strong experience in residential childcare program design, multi-layered staff supervision, and budget management.
#4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking, community relations, and time management skills.
This person will directly supervise:
Administrator, Operations
VP, Training & Intervention
VP, Youth Services
VP, Home Life
Requirements of the Executive Director:
Master’s degree in a human services field is preferred.
Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrator’s license within one year of employment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking, community relations, and time management skills.
Ability to perform bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand-eye coordination, and prolonged sitting/standing.
Valid Texas driver’s license and availability for travel as required.
