Adult ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a dynamic and skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients primarily in adult intensive care units (ICUs) and intermediate care units (IMCs) across the organization. This role demands adaptability, clinical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to patient care.
As a member of the ICU/IMC float pool, you will play an essential role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care during their most critical moments, while also stepping in to support IMC units. Who Should Apply :
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- RN experience required

Salary Range: Minimum 34.00 per visit - Maximum 51.16 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
