The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive actionable insights and strategies to progress Branch’s GTM business goals. As a GTM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support decision-making across the GTM organization. In this role, you will collaborate in a tight-knit team environment to foster efficient execution, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs, define KPIs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment across teams. Build and enhance our tools, dashboards, and infrastructure to surface the right performance data and insights to our GTM teams. Utilize SQL, Python, or other relevant tools to query and manipulate large datasets and develop data models that support ad-hoc analysis, experimentation, and specialized reporting needs. Drive the vision, building, and adoption of self-service analytic capabilities; develop these capabilities at scale. Translate intricate data analysis into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide business decisions. Respond to ad-hoc requests for data analysis and reporting, providing timely and accurate insights to support business decisions. Continuously refine processes to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or related experience) 3+ years of experience working with data in a relevant function (e.g. operations, finance, business analytics, etc.), preferably in a SaaS environment. Advanced SQL and data modeling skills, including Python; familiarity with dbt is a plus. Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and experience meeting with and communicating information to GTM senior leadership. Highly collaborative, with an ability to gather and balance inputs from many cross-functional partner teams. Ability to think strategically, formulate appropriate analytical solutions, and execute in order to solve business needs. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adaptable to meet the evolving needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SaaS metrics and understanding of the SaaS business model. Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery. Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Sales, CX and Marketing. This is a 3-6 month contract with potential for continuation. In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. This is a contract role and the successful candidate will be employed by a 3rd party employer of record who will provide benefits based on their independent benefits plan. Contract roles do not qualify for equity. This role will be based at our Austin, TX office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
