We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team of current Project Managers and lead transformative initiatives. Your responsibilities
As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Together with your Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project, always keeping an eye on budget, scope and timeline to ensure efficient delivery
- You're familiar with terms such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report and Source-to-Pay - some of the key processes in the finance and accounting landscape
- You are excited about managing the migration of core business processes to an SAP S/4 HANA environment
- You know how to work closely with regional stakeholders to align strategic objectives and build strong relationships
- You will be able to manage the selection, deployment and integration of IT solutions, ensuring that they are in line with project objectives and organizational standards
Your profile
- A University or College degree in a relevant field and strong experience in project management
- Experience in agile project management is desirable, relevant project management certifications (PMP/PMI/IPMA) are ideal
- Relevant experience in standardization and optimization of core business processes
- You are a self-starter and see yourself as a go-getter with enthusiasm for digital change
- You are a team player and you are not put off by resistance in the context of change processes
- You have strong communication skills and poise
- Our team is international and works with colleagues and service providers worldwide - intercultural empathy is what sets you apart, fluent English comes naturally to you, French and/or German are a plus
