Your role

• develop an in-depth understanding of the Execution Services Business (e.g. products, trading flows, financials, personnel)
• contribute to the execution of key business change initiatives and risk remediation activities
• help to manage the day-to-day 'run the bank' activities of the Execution Services Business
• collaborate with the Business, Product and IT teams to strengthen the overall operational resiliency of the trading platform
• coordinate with supporting functions, including Operations, Compliance and Finance
• complete ad-hoc projects and deep dives

• New York: the salary range for this role is $96250 to $108750
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You'll be working in the Execution Services COO team in New York. Your team is responsible for a broad portfolio of activities centered around acting as a strategic enabler to the business, helping manage change initiatives, driving digitalization and overseeing the integrity of the front to back platform.
Your expertise
• 1-3 years in a Global Markets-related role (e.g. Trading, COO, Compliance, IT)
• knowledge of equity markets with a focus on trading systems and F2B trade flows
• a hands-on work attitude and approach in tackling problems
• ability to prioritize and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• strong communication skills - capable of articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
• technical aptitude including experience in interpreting and manipulating datasets (Preferred)
• extremely driven with a strong desire to deliver results despite challenges and constraints
• able to network and influence across the front to back organization to deliver strategic change and key business objectives
• intellectually curious and reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
• quickly adaptable to changing market situations, technology and business needs
