As a Project Manager (agile), you will be responsible for managing the development of web applications. You’ll work with developers on both the front-end and back-end, focusing on delivering efficient, scalable, and robust solutions.
NOTE: You must be able to work daily starting at 6am EST so that you can collaborate with developers in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- The Agile Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, consulting, and managing complex Agile web/app front-end and back-end projects
- This role will communicate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate and facilitate all project activities
- Manages software, systems, and business projects
- Works closely with product managers to define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery
- Performs delivery planning and managing project risks for assigned projects and teams
- Prepares project documentation as required including plans, stories, burn ups, burn downs, release plans, postmortem and other documents as needed
- Aids in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Supports the Product Managers in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Defines and manages a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
- Promotes empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Five (5) years of project management related experience
• Experience working as Scrum Master
• Experience managing agile software development projects
• Ability to create and deliver influential large-scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments / projects simultaneously
• Relevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines
• Understanding of leadership development and engagement techniques
• Strong written / verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
