We’re looking for a GTM Recruiting Lead to spearhead the growth of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership to double our GTM headcount next year by hiring SDRs, AEs, Marketing, Growth Operations Associates, and additional business-critical roles. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing strategic hiring plans to build a world-class team that drives revenue and scales our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Design and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM roles, ensuring alignment with company goals and hiring timelines.
Pipeline Building: Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies and leveraging your network.
Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and GTM leadership to deeply understand their needs and co-create tailored recruitment strategies.
Process Excellence: Build and continuously improve scalable, efficient hiring processes to meet aggressive growth targets without compromising on candidate experience or quality.
Employer Branding: Champion Traba’s mission and values, positioning the company as a top employer in the market and delivering a compelling candidate experience.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruiting metrics to assess performance, optimize processes, and report progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in hiring GTM roles (SDRs, AEs, growth operations, etc.) in high-growth environments.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the nuances and challenges of recruiting in the technology and startup landscape.
Collaborative Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think at both a tactical and strategic level, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term scaling goals.
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities.
Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms.

Salary Range Details
The compensation range for this position is set between $140,000 and $170,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
