This Program Coordinator will play a critical role in the ODS’s Culture, Engagement, and Communication Division. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating various educational events and outreach programs and managing the Data Science summer internship program. They will also work closely with the current ODS team to maintain updated communication pages related to events and ODS efforts. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills.The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have the following: Strong organizational and project management experience.Exceptional attention to detail.Skills in digital communication and marketing.Proficiency in collecting and analyzing metrics and creating presentations.Interpersonal, networking, and public speaking aptitude.Adaptability and problem-solving skills.Key responsibilities for this position will fall into the following categories: Educational Events:Work with ODS teams to plan and execute educational events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.Develop event budgets.Track and analyze event attendance and participants’ feedbackOutreach Projects:Maintain current outreach projects to engage target audiences and promote the department's programs and initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with community partners and institutional stakeholders.Create and distribute promotional materials.Measure and report on the impact of outreach efforts.ODS Communications:Create and manage content for various communication channels, including the Hub website, social media, and newsletters.Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from stakeholders.Meets with and engages stakeholders across the institution.Internship Program:Develop and implement an internship application process.Regularly communicate and provide ongoing support to interns.Evaluate intern performance and collect and provide feedback.Minimum Education and/or Training Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum Experience Minimum requirement: 3+ years of experience in program management delivery.Significant experience working with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office).Additional Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the Data Sciences.Familiarity with Workday software.Experience with social media marketing and content creation.Cover letter is requiredHours: 40 Position: OnsiteCompensationIn recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
