Olive Tree Ventures (OTV) is the standalone venture platform of Olive Tree Holdings, a multibillion-dollar real estate private equity firm, investing in technology solutions revolutionizing the real estate and construction industries. OTV invests in Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A companies, working closely with Founders to help execute their vision.
OTV is hiring a full-time Analyst to work with us out of our NYC office. As a member of the investment team, you will support all aspects of the venture investing process, including deal sourcing, deal execution and due diligence, and portfolio company management.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Deal Sourcing: Identify high-quality potential investment opportunities
- Deal Underwriting: Actively participate in company meetings, conduct all aspects of due diligence, and prepare investment memos
- Business Development: Thesis-driven sector landscape analysis in collaboration with Olive Tree Holdings and OTV’s Strategic Partner Network
- Portfolio Management: Support OTV portfolio companies across product build-out, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and commercial engagements
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited top-tier college/university
- 0-2 years of job experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or at a startup
- Experience or interest in PropTech or ConTech and overlapping sectors (e.g., FinTech, InsurTech, Supply Chain, Logistics, ClimateTech)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills + experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Enthusiasm for building relationships with entrepreneurs, venture investors, and corporate partners
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) + ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for startups, technology, and VC with a baseline understanding of the VC landscape and tech ecosystem
Annual base salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 plus a competitive bonus package and an opportunity to earn carried interest. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
