Energy Impact Partners is seeking an Analyst for the Office of the CEO at EIP. This position will work directly with the CEO and other members of the Office on all key operational, strategic, and business priorities for the firm. This position will interact with teams across the organization, senior management / C-suite level colleagues, and will have high visibility into the inner workings of a venture capital firm and its strategic initiatives. This position has high growth potential within the organization. This position is in New York, NY.

- Support the CEO and his office across multiple strategic initiatives including:
- eveloping Fund strategies
- mproving investment processes
- upporting fundraising, including investor management
- nhancing strategic insights and firm narrative
- ptimizing core business functions
- Develop key presentations for internal and external meetings with stakeholders (potential investors, internal leaders, current LPs)
- Conduct data analysis on firm operational and investment data to drive insights and strategy
- Manage projects effectively to ensure timely and efficient completion of initiatives for the CEO
- Liaise between other executives, clients, and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Conduct independent research and create presentations on industry topics
Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in management / strategy consulting with interest in the power / energy space (project experience in those industries is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic success
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and PPT skills
- Tenacity to learn and develop – self-starter with driven attitude and feedback mindset
- Disciplined project management experience with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- Values-based, team player
- High EQ, personable, and intuitive
Benefits
The base compensation for this position is $120,000 and is bonus eligible. Final salary compensation will be determined at time of offer and will be based off a combination of years of experience, skills, education, and applicable licenses/certifications. Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, and non-monetary company benefits including medical insurance, PTO days, parental and sick leave benefits, and 401k retirement benefits, and more.
