The Role:
As an Associate at 25m Supply Chain, you will be at the forefront of identifying and developing innovative supply chain and industrials software applications. With a background in management consulting, investment banking, or B2B startups, you will uncover critical insights and bring a strategic approach to our incubation process. This role is ideal for a motivated, dynamic, and innovative problem solver passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideation: Collaborate with the 25m Supply Chain team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for supply chain and industrials applications. Leverage your analytical background to ensure ideas are desirable, feasible, and viable.
- Collaboration with PE-Owned Companies: Work closely with companies within and beyond the Apollo Global Management PE portfolio to identify specific pain points and operational challenges. Craft solutions that address these issues – from cost-cutting to driving growth.
- Project Management: Take an active role in managing projects from conception to launch, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to validate ideas and concepts. Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in the supply chain and industrials software space.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including partners, entrepreneurs, and team members, to ensure alignment and foster collaborative relationships.
- Diligence: Conduct diligence on select pre-seed or seed-stage supply chain opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or B2B startups, preferably with exposure to technology and supply chain or industrials projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of leading projects to successful completion.
- Passion for innovation and technology with demonstrated curiosity about how technology can improve complex systems.
- Academic background in STEM field is preferred.

FAQs:
- Is this an incubation role or investment role? This is an incubation role. The Associate will primarily be responsible for supporting research, ideation, and execution of new “build” opportunities. The Associate may support the investment team with research and diligence.
- Is this an in-person or remote role? The Associate will be based in our NYC office three days a week. Additionally, we are fully remote ten weeks a year, pending operational constraints and management discretion (two months in the winter including over the holiday period and two weeks in the summer).
Salary:
Target Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000-$125,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary reflected does not include equity, annual discretionary bonus, or other benefits offered by the Company, as applicable.
