As a Technical recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of scaling our Engineering, Product, and Design teams, using cutting-edge sourcing strategies to find and engage top-tier talent to join us scale from Series-A to Series-B

Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Engagement- Proactively source top-tier Software Engineers (SWE) through a variety of platforms beyond LinkedIn, including:
- GitHub & GitLab (code repositories to evaluate engineers' contributions)
- Stack Overflow (community Q&A to find highly skilled engineers by expertise)
- HackerRank & CodeSignal (coding platforms to identify active technical talent)
- Google X-Ray searches (advanced Boolean techniques for deep web searches)
- AngelList & Wellfound (startup-focused talent networks)
- Tech Slack Communities & Discord Servers (networking within specialized engineering groups)
- Reddit (r/cscareerquestions, r/programming, r/webdev, etc.)
- AI Sourcing tools (HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut, Eightfold.ai)
- Job Boards (Hacker News' "Who is Hiring?", BuiltIn, Otta)
- Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with technical candidates by personalizing content based on their work, projects, and interests.
- Leverage referrals and networking strategies to tap into hidden talent pools.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Pipeline Development & Data-Driven Hiring- Build structured talent pipelines for software engineering roles across various levels.
- Utilize ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.) to track candidates and optimize pipeline efficiency.
- Analyze sourcing data and conversion rates to refine outreach strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration- Work closely with technical recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Provide market insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarking.
- Partner with the employer branding team to showcase Traba's tech culture in relevant communities.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience sourcing technical talent, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray, AI-powered sourcing, etc.).
- Familiarity with software engineering concepts, stacks, and frameworks (e.g., Python, Golang, React, Kubernetes).
- Ability to engage with passive candidates and convert them into active applicants.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Compensation- 80,000 - 100,000 Base + Equity
