The Role
We're seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Designer to join our team for 32 hours per week. You'll be the bridge between beautiful design and measurable results, crafting experiences that not only look stunning but drive real growth for our e-commerce clients.
What you'll do
Transform data insights into visually compelling, high-converting landing pages
Design and optimize Shopify themes with a focus on conversion & AOV optimisation
Create A/B test variations that maintain brand integrity while pushing conversion boundaries
Collaborate with our CRO strategists to implement data-backed design solutions
Design mobile-first experiences that convert across all devices
Build and maintain design systems that scale across multiple e-commerce projects
What You'll Need
3+ years of experience in web design, preferably with Shopify
Pre: Portfolio demonstrating successful CRO-focused design projects
Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion principles and best practices
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into design decisions
Ideal Candidate
Has experience with heat mapping and user recording tools
Understands the principles of persuasive design and psychology
Can balance aesthetic excellence with conversion optimization
Keeps up with e-commerce design trends and CRO best practices
