The UX designer will contribute to a software design solution by understanding user needs in a variety of enterprise spaces and creating innovative concepts to help solve those challenges. The designer will integrate with cross-functional teams across all parts of Zebra's business, practicing design thinking and evangelizing a human-centered design approach to ensure Zebra's solutions offer a best-in-class experience for our customers. The designer will look to support a variety of software deliverables ranging from information architecture, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect production UI specifications.

This is a Hybrid position where you must report to the office a minimum of 3 days per week.Responsibilities:- Collaborates closely with Senior Designers to generate concept solutions to design problems.
- Supports all stages of design development process from customer research, concept development, prototyping and execution.
- Presents concepts to internal designers and product owners for feedback.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or certificate in HCI, design or equivalent.
- 0+ years of professional experience as a User Experience Designer.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be available to work in our Lincolnshire, Illinois office a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Must have experience using Figma and Miro.
- Demonstrated ability and experience creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Candidates will be required to provide portfolio with completed past work and accomplishments during interview process.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in an Agile framework.
- Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, design systems, and other related design skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual development ability.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile technology.
- Strong communicator.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
- Knowledge of user experience principles and interaction design best practices.

Salary: USD 65500.00 - USD 98300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
