Partner Success AssociateIntroduction to team The Partner Success Associate is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that improve Expedia Group's Lodging products in the assigned territory to ensure that the Property is competitive, attractive, and relevant for our fast-growing global customer base.
The Partner Success Associate will work with Expedia Group's Lodging Partners to help them drive their full marketing potential through their participation in Expedia Group's marketplace.

The team's mission is to ensure our Lodging Partners can effectively and efficiently reach their revenue and occupancy goals by accessing Expedia Group's full breadth of global traveler demand throughout the year.
In this role, you will: - Advise Lodging Partners on the use of Expedia Group's tool kit to increase the Travelers they attract on the Expedia Group platform
- Support new partners to ramp up and sustain their hotel revenue and market share on the Expedia Group platform
- Communicate special offers from Expedia Group's loyal customer base and promotional deals that allow them to benefit from Expedia Group's merchandising and marketing efforts
- Educate Lodging Partners on the self-service features available on Partner Central
Experience and qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- 1-3 years account management, sales, customer engagement, commercial, Business to Business, or related experience.
- Able to work independently as well as be a strong team worker, ensuring the whole team wins
- Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety targets, goals and/or strategic objectives set by the leadership team
- Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, robust data driven analysis
- Proficiency in English. Other language skills may be required depending on the location of position

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $67,000.00 to $93,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $107,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
