Job Summary:
This team member will be responsible for crafting and optimizing prompts to ensure our AI systems perform as expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Engineering: Write and optimize prompts for AI models to ensure accurate and effective responses that meet user needs.
- Testing and Iteration: Conduct rigorous testing of AI responses to identify areas for improvement, iterating on prompts based on performance data and user feedback.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to implement best practices in prompt engineering, driving excellence in our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a system for gathering feedback on AI interactions and use this data to continuously refine prompt effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI developers, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure prompts align with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communications/ English Language/ Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with excellent communication skills, along with experience in process excellence and quality assurance within a contact centre environment.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a willingness to learn about prompt engineering.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding of Gen AI and AI
