About this role
As the Founding Go-To-Market Data Analyst at Scribe, you’ll drive data-driven decisions across Finance, Sales, and GTM teams. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll focus on using predictive analytics to enhance the customer lifecycle, improving retention and optimizing metrics like CAC and LTV. Beyond building datasets and dashboards, your insights will shape our customer journey and drive the next phase of Scribe’s growth. This role is perfect for a data expert eager to establish a top-tier analytics function in a fast-paced, growing environment.
You could be a great fit if
- You have 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, with a strong focus on business impact.
- You’re an SQL expert, skilled at crafting complex, scalable queries to uncover insights.
- You excel in data visualization, turning data into clear, actionable insights.
- You’re experienced in sales, revenue, and marketing analytics, especially in B2B SaaS.
- You understand product-led growth (PLG) and how to apply it in analytics.
- You’re adept at analyzing sales funnels and pipelines, improving conversion rates, and identifying bottlenecks.
- You’re experienced in CAC, LTV, and customer retention strategies.
- You’re a clear communicator who can translate data into business value.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects with ease.
Bonus
- Experience with platforms like dbt, Snowflake, Sigma Computing, and Airbyte.
- Familiar with tools like Mixpanel, Salesforce, and Stripe.
- Skilled in predictive analytics for forecasting trends and opportunities.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or R.

Compensation
140k-180k USD + Equity + Benefits
