The Operational Compliance Analyst will be pivotal in ensuring our aviation teams are provided with robust data analysis and risk management, contributing to strategic decision-making across departments.
What you’ll do:
- Data Cleaning and Preparation: Filter, clean, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for subsequent analysis
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore data, identify patterns, relationships, and trends relevant to operational compliance
- Data Visualization: Develop clear and insightful visual representations (charts, graphs, dashboards) of data findings to facilitate understanding and decision-making
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks by leveraging data insights to propose and implement process enhancements
How you’ll measure success:
- Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure datasets are cleaned and prepared accurately and efficiently
- Insightful Analysis: Provide actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis that contribute to operational improvements and risk management strategies
- Impactful Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations through compelling data visualizations and reports that support informed decision-making
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrate effective collaboration with stakeholders across different departments to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions
- Process Improvement: Measure the effectiveness of implemented process enhancements through quantitative analysis and feedback loops
What you’re great at:
- Solid foundation in statistics and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Mastery of data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R
- Ability to critically evaluate data to derive actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field; prior experience in data analysis or a related field preferred

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
