What you’ll get to do:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for structural engineering aspects.
- Conduct structural analysis and design of industrial and manufacturing structures
- Evaluate and provide feedback on detailed design drawings
- Prepare comprehensive construction specifications
- Compile and organize construction document packages
- Ensure that all structural designs and construction documents comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify accuracy and completeness of deliverables
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain licensure within 1 year
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facility-related projects
- Thorough comprehension of building codes, ASCE, and current steel and concrete codes
- Experience with Revit is required
- Experience with RAM elements, Tekla TEDDS, & other analytical software is preferred
