Salary Range: 55000 to 65000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

We have partnered with a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low income families. The team is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing accounts payable transactions timely
- Monitor and report on outstanding invoices
- Communicate and resolve discrepancies with vendor and internal customers
- Reconcile all credit card accounts and process timely payments
- Research and maintain integrity of 1099 reporting
- Responsible for closing activities, including, reconciling accounts payable accounts, preparing accruals and assisting with processing cost allocations
- Maintain strong relationships with employees, departments, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
- Minimum 3 years Accounting experience, ideally AP experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential
