Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for ROCKSTAR new graduates to join our New Grad DVM Program and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll learn and do as a New Grad DVM:
*Work closely with supervising Medical Directors and Associate Veterinarians to gain experience in performing physical exams, creation of treatment plans, diagnostics, and medical management of patients
* See an interesting mix of cases, including wellness, sick, urgent/emergency, dentals, and soft tissue surgeries
* Pursue unlimited continuing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills
* Benefit from our team of experts, with diverse experience across medical specialties and cases, through our structured knowledge-sharing tools and practices
* Leverage Sploot’s technological tools to practice better medicine, educate parents, and ease the work for the entire team (“work smarter, not harder”)
* Experience structured and well-thought out coaching and mentorship through weekly feedback sessions and monthly reviews
* Provide pet parents with a positive and supportive experience to ensure they know their furry friends are being taken care of
Who you are:
* You are a recent graduate with your DVM/VMD degree
* You possess a valid Colorado state veterinary license
* You’re passionate about providing the best possible pet care, always striving to be a better doctor, and helping the team and clinic grow in capability and care
* You’re a collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and prioritizes a great work culture
