Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Coperniq, you'll play a crucial role in changing the face of the energy industry. You will directly support our customers in maximizing the value they get from our platform. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, Abdullah Al Zandani, your role will focus on product adoption, customer retention, and helping our clients transform into the utilities of the future.
Responsibilities
Drive customer adoption by demonstrating how to leverage the full power of our platform.
Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer value and reduce churn.
Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue and ensure our customers maximize value from our services.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively drive solutions.
Develop deep relationships with customers, understanding their business goals to guide them through their transformation journey.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers, promptly addressing any concerns or issues they might have.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success roles, in SaaS or tech companies.
Experience in successfully scaling customer success operations in an early-stage company.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Serving a blue-collar audience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
$80k-$140k base salary
