About Corgea
Founded in 2023, Corgea fixes vulnerable source code. Our AI-driven technology writes security fixes for vulnerabilities identified by SAST tools. Since launching, we've seen a significant influx of interest, with hundreds of signups and ongoing sales cycles with several large companies. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team and help us penetrate Enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Position Overview
As an Account Executive at Corgea, you will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities and generating new business. Your primary goal will be to help acquire customers, setting the stage for the company's growth and success in the cybersecurity market. This is a remote position that may require travel for client meetings, team meetups, or industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities in Enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how Corgea's solution can meet those needs.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and help shape the future direction of the product.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Corgea's growth and market penetration.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in selling enterprise accounts, with at least 1-2 years in the cybersecurity space.
- A proven track record of selling technical products and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to figure things out independently, and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a bias for action, a scrappy attitude, and a focus on results.
