About the Role
Dialect is hiring a Social Media and Content Director to shape the voice of the team behind Blinks and Actions. As the recurring impression maker on both users and our ecosystem partners, it is mission-critical that we are speaking loud and clear to our audience. You will have ownership over the process and results.
You may be a good fit for this role if you are comfortable creating a social media identity for an industry-changing product. This position offers competitive compensation, including salary, equity, and a benefits package commensurate with experience and location.
Responsibilities
- You will shape the social media identity and voice of Dialect and Blinks & Actions across multiple social platforms.
- You will lead marketing efforts for Dialect across blogs, X threads, X spaces, Discord and Telegram.
- You will work with the Dialect team, our partners, and Actions & Blinks developers to spread our mission and values far and wide.
- You will create, implement, and own a social media strategy that aligns with Dialect’s goals and objectives.
- You will coordinate with our designers and animators to generate engaging and relevant content that includes posts, threads, and videos. Content should be focused on highlighting our partners and informing the ecosystem. Working directly with partners to create content and initiatives will be strongly encouraged.
- You will work internally with the Dialect team to get into the details of what we’re building and why we’re building it. We ship fast. What are we shipping? How can we produce engaging, creative content surrounding each product release?
- You will analyze social media metrics and report findings back to the team monthly.
- You will expand our brand beyond core web3 and help create a distinct, authentic voice and brand for Dialect.
Requirements and Skills
- You have 2+ years of experience running either your own high-engagement social media account or a business account.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- You have a deep knowledge of the web3 ecosystem.
- You have a deep knowledge of web3 culture.
- You are a storyteller and narrative shifter.
- You know how to drive attention and build and maintain an audience.
- You have generated content in a collaborative setting.
- You are scrappy and self-motivated. You know how to push social media initiatives across the finish line.
