OBJECTIVEWe are looking for a highly organized, operationally driven, and strategic People Operations Associate to join our People Team. In this role, you will help us create a seamless employee experience, by helping us manage the day-to-day operations of human resources at Greycroft. You will work across a variety of areas, including performance management, people analytics, employee engagement, team project management, and platform administration. Our ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker and problem solver with exceptional internal service and project management skills. You should be passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, excited about cross-functional collaboration, and eager to learn about venture capital and investing in innovative companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Enhance process and operational efficiency within the People Team by organizing and managing people data and platforms
- Support employees by collaborating with various teams and Extensis on benefits, payroll, and other people operations inquiries
- Develop a centralized resource center for team and firm-wide people-related information
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and onboarding materials
- Drive employee engagement by supporting firm-wide surveys and other feedback initiatives
- Collaborate closely with finance, investor relations, and legal teams to manage and share people-related metrics and data
- Assist in the performance review process in partnership with the Chief People Officer
- Support key people initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, professional development, HR strategy, planning, and recruiting, working directly with the Chief People Officer and Talent Director
- Proactively anticipate employee needs, serving as a valuable partner to the team
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience within venture capital, finance, early-stage startup, or relevant fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in modern software, including HR management platforms; proficiency in Notion is a plus
- Entrepreneurial with an ownership mindset and ability to move initiatives forward independently
- Empathetic team player who fosters loyalty, trust, and collaboration
- Willingness to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility where necessary
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with executive presence
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Results-driven with a bias for action and commitment to excellence

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 (not including bonus)
