We're currently searching for an experienced Internal Sales professional to join our team. In partnership with the External Wholesaler, the Internal Wholesaler is responsible for developing and maintaining existing relationships with agents and field managers within their territory. Internal Wholesalers must be adept at identifying and acquiring new business within their territory. In this role, The Internal Wholesaler will make proactive phone calls to agents in their territories to share sales ideas, provide product information, gather marketing data and offer sales support as well as identify new sales opportunities. The Internal Wholesaler is also responsible for providing case design support and product knowledge.
As a Junior Wholesale Associate at Strategas, you may: - Drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with new and existing advisors
- Make proactive sales calls with existing representatives to strengthen relationships and find selling opportunities.
- Use understanding of financial markets to identify relevant opportunities specific to Strategas' suite of ETF products
- Partner with an external wholesaler to develop a business plan, manage the territory, and drive regional sales goals and objectives.
- Manage administrative responsibilities according to company policies including, travel and expenses, CRM updates, calendar and schedules, conference call participation, email retention, continuing education, and other requirements.

What we look for:- Must live in the NYC Metro area
- Must have SIE Series 7, 65 or 66
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years in working knowledge and experience with ETFs
- Self-driven: able to manage territory and operate autonomously and in a team environment.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills.
Compensation and Total Rewards Package:- $85,000- $90,000 annual salary range
- Bonus potential based on performance
