Who We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MD and/or PhD) with ~2-4 years relevant experience
- Living in or willing to relocate to Boston

What You’ll Do
- Deep dive analyses of select therapeutic areas, technologies, diseases mechanisms, etc., collected into well-written reports, tables, etc., for discussion and debate amongst the team and, ultimately, investment decision making
- Voracious consumption of industry newsflow
- Ongoing discussion and debate around opportunities to help KCap generate the best investment decisions
- Self-motivated idea generation and development
- Field work: medical, scientific and banking conference attendance, plus select corporate site visits
