What You'll Do:
- Build and Ship Features: Collaborate with senior engineers to build, test, and deploy impactful product features and improvements across the platform.
- Solve Technical Challenges: Identify problems, research potential solutions, and implement fixes quickly and independently, demonstrating ownership and initiative.
- Full-Stack Growth: Contribute across the stack—front-end, backend, APIs—rapidly learning new technologies and continuously expanding your technical skills.
- Iterate and Improve: Continuously test, iterate, and improve software quality, performance, and reliability, contributing directly to user satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Ownership: Proactively collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive projects forward and ensure smooth execution.
You Bring:
- Software Engineering Experience: 1+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in startup, SaaS, or fast-paced tech environments.
- Drive and Ownership: Highly self-motivated with a strong "get things done" mentality; enjoys taking responsibility, moving quickly, and completing tasks effectively.
- Passion for Building: Excited about building software, quickly prototyping solutions, and eager to independently solve new and complex technical problems.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern programming languages (Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred), frameworks, and databases; comfortable rapidly learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Collaborative Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly, collaborate proactively, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
