Data/Management Analyst I - Performs data collection, entry, organization, analysis, and research for various deliverables. Contributes to the development of presentations, reports, surveys, and tools for review and approval. Summarizes information from various sources for different types and levels of consumption as well as perform validation checks. Assists with data management concerning various matters including regulatory requirements, diversity, inclusion, equal opportunity, operations, supervision, and procurements. The contractor shall be required to gather, summarize, and verify information used to populate reports or other deliverables. The deliverables will be geared toward various audiences, including Congress, leaders and staff internal to FHFA, other OMWI leaders at various federal agencies, and the public at large. This support requires analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail. The Contractor personnel should be able to adapt to change quickly and Controlled by FHFA 2 effectively and must be able to work independently to prioritize work as well as collaborate as a team member.The following qualifications enhance the competitive value of the candidates:- 1+ years of professional experience as a data analyst o Knowledge of and experience in: Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as v-lookups, pivot tables, and charts;- other Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint;- SharePoint, including lists and surveys;- Adobe Acrobat Pro;- Tableau, SAS, SQL, Oracle, or other analytic and visualization tools or programming languages;- data cleansing;- data validation;- reconciling multiple data sources;- compiling data from multiple sources;- researching to support narrative writing;- researching metrics and data in a variety of forms;- designing charts and graphs for a marketing context;- writing analytical reports;- project management and tracking experience;- maintaining, optimizing, and streamlining the operational environment;- meeting and conference coordination- writing for executive level audiences; and- experience writing reports for the Federal governmentRequirementsEducation Requirement: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience Requirement: 5 yearsInfiniSource Consulting Solutions is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
