Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the hardware Product Management group and focus on the audio category. You will leverage your understanding of gamers’ needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to create innovative and impactful products. Reporting to the Head of Category Management, this role involves driving the product vision, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring exciting audio products to market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product roadmap for the audio category.
Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable product concepts.
Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
Present product concepts and roadmaps to senior leadership for approval.
Act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring products meet gamers’ needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in consumer electronics or gaming.
Education: Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Marketing, or equivalent.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of audio devices, technology, and trends.
Skills: Proven ability to launch products, manage multiple projects, and thrive in ambiguity.
Mindset: Growth-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn and innovate.

Milestones
Within 1 Month:

Within 9 Months:
Have a finalized product roadmap approved by senior management.
Begin active product development and plan for market launch.
