Responsibilities

Drive design opportunities by connecting user and business needs, using insights from cross-functional partnerships.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive solutions and maintain design consistency.
Manage end-to-end design processes, from strategic planning, and user research to detailed execution.
Use and extend the TiDB Cloud design system.
Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a product designer at product-lead companies.
End-to-end ownership and deliverable of high-impact product features.
Demonstrated experience in applying user research methodologies throughout product development cycles.
Strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Passion for and dedication to your field.

Plus

Experience participating in or leading user research sessions.
Domain experience in databases, SaaS products, or cloud services.
Experience with web technologies such as Javascript/Typescript, React, and CSS.
