Responsibilities
- Drive design opportunities by connecting user and business needs, using insights from cross-functional partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality, cohesive solutions and maintain design consistency.
- Manage end-to-end design processes, from strategic planning, and user research to detailed execution.
- Use and extend the TiDB Cloud design system.
- Work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a product designer at product-lead companies.
- End-to-end ownership and deliverable of high-impact product features.
- Demonstrated experience in applying user research methodologies throughout product development cycles.
- Strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for and dedication to your field.
Plus
- Experience participating in or leading user research sessions.
- Domain experience in databases, SaaS products, or cloud services.
- Experience with web technologies such as Javascript/Typescript, React, and CSS.
