Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the crypto, Web3, or tech industries.
Strong knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network of contacts within the crypto and blockchain industries.
Experience working with startups, marketing agencies, or fintech companies.
Understanding of community management and marketing strategies in Web3.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
