Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and fast-paced Graphic Designer with expertise in designing online banners for various digital platforms, including web, TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual style, the ability to produce high-quality designs quickly, and a deep understanding of platform-specific requirements and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling and visually appealing online banners for multiple digital platforms (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ensure all designs are optimized for both web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create visuals that align with Manswers’ brand identity and objectives.

• Quickly iterate on designs based on feedback to meet tight deadlines.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay informed about the latest design trends and digital platform updates to ensure all graphics are fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, particularly in creating online banners for various digital platforms.

• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools.

• Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a remote team.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Basic skills in animation or motion graphics for creating dynamic and engaging banner ads.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how design can impact engagement and conversions.
